PureGlow provides a weekly yoga session of circa 60min in an outdoor environment where you can relax and improve the connection with your brain and body. 

​

The yoga flow includes a meditation session and a hatha/Vinyasa flow.

We now give Family Yoga as well.

This yoga is a flow where child and adult are exploring moves together that improves not only the flexibility but also the bound between two people.

Children's age range is welcome from 3-8years old.

HOW MANY PEOPLE?   

Adult Yoga: 20 people can attempt the class.

Family Yoga: 10 duo's (child&parent) can attempt the class.
