MEDITATION

WHAT?

This 30' session maintains the focus on the breathing.

 

HOW?

Through breathing exercises we will clear the mind, take away the stress and start to control our thoughts. Specifically we train the attention and awareness of our mind to achieve a mentally and emotionally stable balance of the mind and body.

 

Some breathing techniques:

  • Mindfulness 

  • Focusing the mind on a particular object, thought or activity.

vinyasa yoga

60'

EASY - MED

VINYASA YOGA

​

WHAT?

This 60' session maintains the focus on the body and mind through a flow of various positions in a medium/ fast pace.

​

 

HOW?

Vinyasa Yoga, is a breath initiated practice where you flow from one posture into the other.

While coordinating the breath to the postures, some series of the same poses will repeat to increase the body heat – sweat and building strength.

Hatha Yoga

60'

EASY - MED

HATHA YOGA

​

WHAT?

This 60' session maintains the focus on the body and mind through a flow of various positions in a slow pace.

This flow aims to calm the mind, body and spirit.

 

HOW?

The series of postures in this session will flow slow as we hold longer into every pose.

Meditation +  Yoga

90'

Easy- Med​

MEDITATION + YOGA

 

WHAT?

In this 90' session we'll flow from breathing exercises into series of postures with a

slow /medium /fast pace.

​

HOW?

First we go through breathing exercises untill body and mind is relaxed and in balance. Then we will temper up our breath to start our flow. 

Depending on the pace and the goal of your flow you'll go through series of postures that will coordinate your breath to your exercises and strengthening your body and mind.

Speaker (if there is no music installation)
